2022年6月1日，欧盟委员会发布公告称，应欧洲企业Global Tungsten & Powders spol s.r.o.、H.C. Starck Tungsten GmbH、Tikomet Oy、Treibacher Industrie AG、Umicore Specialty Powders France和Wolfram Bergbau und Hütten AG于2022年2月25日提交的申请，对原产于中国的碳化钨和熔凝碳化钨（Tungsten Carbide and Fused Tungsten Carbide）启动第四次反倾销日落复审调查。涉案产品为碳化钨、熔凝碳化钨和仅与金属粉末混合的碳化钨（tungsten carbide, fused tungsten carbide andtungsten carbide simply mixed with metallic powder）。欧盟CN（Combined Nomenclature）编码为2849 90 30和 3824 30 00（欧盟TARIC编码为3824 30 00 10）。本案倾销调查期为2021年1月1日～2021年12月31日，损害调查期为2018年1月1日至倾销调查期结束。
